how many active referal do you have in my lot ...???

it is surprise for me people here have more than 100 refer but none of them is active ... why people not posting here in my lot ... why do you think ..?? because payout minimum is 10$ and it is too much for beginners i think the admin must improve that programme

I have no referrals at all... not from lack of trying, but it seems like people don't want to be bothered reading and writing these days. It's a shame. I wish I could get some referrals... any advice?
