Yes, I do believe in magick. In my religion, magick(spelled with a k for pagan purposes) is a practice. I am a solitary practioner. I use herbs mostly. I don't do hollywood or audience magic like David Blaine, he is very talented. You have to have alot of patience and concentration to do magick. I don't do instant magick, I do magick that takes time, like simple rites and rituals to bring about luck, protection and stuff like that. I have seen my husband move an object accross the table though, so yes, it is very much real.

I do believe in magick, but stage magic is not real magick. Stage magic is nothing but illusions. I can't tell you how it is done other than that they usually distract you while they are doing the important part of the trick. What I consider to be real magick is more like psychic type stuff. Channeling energy, remote viewing, astral projection, and premonitions are some examples.

I love David Blaine - he's such a showman and his tricks are mind-blowing. I have absolutely no idea how he does any of them but obviously it's not real "magic" - he's an illusionist after all. He's very, very good at what he does though.

well. those magicians spend a lot of time learning these tricks. and it is easy for them to break the coin into two. and even some other tricks. and if you are given the opportunity to learn the magic and i think you are likely to do better than david blaine. come on. i think ou could do this if you are willing to learn that kind of magic .and u might have seen people doing the guiness record. i t is sure than they spend a lot of time learning the trick and they can perform so well then. right. you could do it...................................................

Magic ofcorse scientiic trick inoved with diversion of the minds of viewers. in my eperiene once I attended to the magic show of late Ramanareddy, telugu cine actor . We were in auditorium at 9.00pm and the organisers annouced commencement of programme by 9.30 pm. All the audiancae are eager to see the magic show but the magician has not turned upto 9.45. There is uproar in the audiance for the delay. the magician suddenly appeared and stage and asked why are you angry. Audiance quetioned the late commencement. then the magiian told "No.No. I am at right time. please look into your watches. it is exactly 9.30 pm.Amazingly all the watches in the auditorium showed time as 9.30. It is estonisheing and unanswerable question how the magician changed the times of entire auditorium do you believe it or not.it is my practical experrience.

I believe in Magic but all magic have secrets. David Blaine floating is called levitation. It's very simple to do. You can watch the steps on how to do it by going to YouTube. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRMHmnr4b60 Regarding with the coin. Well, it's also simple. Those magic coins were actually cut in half even before it is done by David Blaine. These magic coins are purely available in most magic shops. - Ron Reyes www.ronreyes.co.nr

Absolutely they are all tricks but even I have seen lots of revelation about most of his magic, I still make myself enjoy the magic cause for me seeing the logic behind those tricks will just destroy the glow of being a child in you. Believing that magic is one way of fooling people is is like denying yourself to enjoy once again of being a child and be amazed by this magic.

I don't belive in magic because they simply a good trick , you can't notice what the magicain do with his smooth hands. And may be they use tools to inhance performance. Although , I like it.

The coin trick could be done on a trick coin. A coin that looks real but is really one he uses that will break under any kind of pressure, as for the "mind" trick, he could possibly arrange the cards in a way where he knows where each card is placed so that when someone pulls the card he wil automatically know what the card is, but to everyone else, it looks like you a randomly pick a card and he just amazingly knows without you showing him what the card is when really he's arranged them that way. For example, if I take five cards and I arrange them to where i put the heart card on top , an Ace will be second , jack card will be third, queen will be forth, and a eight of diamonds , the last card. If I tell someone to take any card they want out of the pile I will know exactly what I placed and what I placed. If the person decides to pull the fourth card, I'll know that the card is a queen.

I don't really believe in magic. Besides, they aren't called magicians nowadays, aren't they. They're called illusionists. So that must mean that they're not really doing "magical things, they're just making us believe that they're real, like an illusion. Even so, i still like magic, I'm an amateur magician myself, but magic is an art, not a reality.

i think you saw the street magic one right? the stuff he does is fake, theres no way that it can be real magic. if it was, science would have documented it. for that coin breaking trick he switches the coin to a gimmick one to bite and he doesnt actually bite it off, it just bends back and he lets go of it when he spit it back on. when i first saw his tricks they were quite amazing

The one you saw is not a true magic. Its all a tricks and illusions and i don't believe there is in this world. Mathematics and science are all there is on magic. You must also practice in order to perform this act...:)

No I don't really believe in magic but I do believe in mind tricks so to speak. My favorite is Chris Angel. He is amazing and he makes me question how he did that when I see one of his routines. He really blows my mind.

No,they are not magic. They are just plain tricks. You will know how he do it if David Blaine will reveal the secret behind his trick. I saw some of his tricks such as levitation then after it he revealed how he do it. Hehe. It's really simple with some props.

One thing I know is that magic is a trick, It is to fool the eyes of the oberver. If you watch "EXPOSED" then you will see how the magic trick are done. Even the most dangerous trick are shown on TV on how it is done. So there is nothing really mystical about magic.
