My family loves for me to do a brocolli casserole just like the green bean casserole that is so popular. (The green bean casserole that uses the Durkee French Fried onions) I took this to a pot luck once and everyone raved! I lightly steam my brocolli pieces then put them in a 13 X 9 baking dish. In a mixing bowl I put a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Add this to the brocolli. Stir in 2/3 cup of the french fried oninons. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with the remaining 2/3 cup of french fried onions and bake 5 more minutes.
