Here you go..
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, washed and cut-up (approximately 6 cups, can substitute with 2 packages frozen)
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup butter/margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups herbed stuffing mix
Blanche broccoli (do not overcook); combine eggs, onion, soup, and mayonnaise. Place layer of broccoli in a 2-quart casserole dish. Add layer of cheese. Pour small amount of sauce on top. Repeat layers until all are used. Top with stuffing mix. Sprinkle butter/margarine on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Hope you like it..

My family loves for me to do a brocolli casserole just like the green bean casserole that is so popular. (The green bean casserole that uses the Durkee French Fried onions) I took this to a pot luck once and everyone raved!
I lightly steam my brocolli pieces then put them in a 13 X 9 baking dish. In a mixing bowl I put a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Add this to the brocolli. Stir in 2/3 cup of the french fried oninons. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with the remaining 2/3 cup of french fried onions and bake 5 more minutes.
