This thought occurred to me the other day. So. Where does the weight go when you go on a diet?

It becomes different things when you have different choice to lose it. Maybe when you chose aerobics,it becomes sweat;when you do some sports like racing,it may become lactic acid and at last vents with your emiction. At the same time,it burns and becomes energy that make you warm.

I think the weight is burned out or the fat is burned out. The body mass and the fat are reduced during diet. Most probably they might have gone somewhere while on diet and exercises. I never would suggest to go for crash diet as it is harmful and the weight come back as soon as they goes. I take fruit juices and fruits when I go for diet. I think fruits juices and fruits are good for health and also decreases the possibility of getting diseases due to obesity.
