With privatization becoming the in thing in most economies, the phenomenon of Brute employers seem to be storming the employment scene. Individuals who own factories or any other capital resources tend to exploit the people they employ-Such employees are not afforded the opportunity to organize and fend for their rights-they are abused, denied leave, paid a less than a Living wage. These are usually, small scale business enterprises where employees are hired and fired at will and issues of rights are gugged even among the circles of employees due to fears of losing their only jobs. How can such poor employees be helped against brute employers?

The vicious entrepreneurs have a tendency to exploit and abuse some workers using the flexibility of labor, tough competition and a loophole in the law. Under globalization the condition of labor is getting worse. To resist against brute entrepreurs, employees should join in the movements to subit a bill to the house or with the help of a lawyer organize a labor union to protect their fair rights. In addition, they need the solidarity to solve the problems among worker under the same situation. Also they have to seek help to improve their poor working condition through ties with other NGOs and activist groups. In unity there is strength. Let's make the world a better place to work in with persistent efforts and moral courage.
