Timeless

good title for an album, suits the artist style of going over borders and time. their music is the ultimate listening sensation and i am just beside myself whenever i hear them soothing my heart and spirit.

oh yes, no doubt i love all the songs of Sergio Mendes and i first heard their songs when i was in my high school days during the mid seventies. Music is my ultimate passion and i can't live without them. I love the style of his songs the musical arrangement and of course the vocalist that possessed such high quality and timbre of voice that's cool and savvy. One of my precious memories is when i was in high school i used to sing with my classmate (a duet)and only a few knew about Sergio Mendes in our school. I was so honored to sing it with her coz we were usually asked to sing for an intermission during school programs or just inside our classroom for an entertainment part. And we would sing the song "Put a Little Love Away" and everytime i hear this song it would bring back memories in my high school days. To name some of the and songs that i loved are "Bridges, Love City, Like the Velvet Moon, So Many Nights, Samba Song,and all the rest that i knew how to sing. Sergio Mendes is one of my favorites and YES! all their songs are timeless! It will be played on and on until the next generations to come.
