I am a big fan of the sacred classical music that are inherited from the great composers such as Mozart, Bach, Handel, etc hundreds of years ago... I find them really really great and whenever i sing them, it really strengthen up my faith and make me feel closer to God... My church always sing these kind of songs during congregations which I think is really great... Many churches and peoples have forgotten about these sacred songs and hardly many people sing them anymore... They had been replaced by modern music which I think is not as deep and meaningful as them... So how about you??? Do you like sacred classical music which had already passed the test of time??? Or do you prefer modern music???

I like the old classics, especially around Christmas time the old hymns seem to have more meaning to me. And I sometimes like to listen to sacred music on a big old pipe organ... to me nothing projects the majesty of the music like a church-filling organ.

I love any music that tells us of Jesus Christ our Savior, classical, gospel, or contemporary - it really depends on what I am doing at the time. Our church has 2 different Sunday morning services a traditional and a contemporary. I go to the first because there are fewer people there (early morning) and it relaxes me and gives me quiet time with Jesus. Right now I'm listening to contemporary music on the station that is run by the Christian Universaty that is connected to our church.
