i don't have any pets currently. i used to have a pair of lovebirds back home. but then i'm not always home. at first i was the only one who took care of it. but then the away-from-home activities became frequent and my brothers and sisters took over taking care of my pet. so technically, it's their pet now. hehehe... what pets do you keep? how long have you had them?

I have two cats. They're sisters and they're my first pets. We got them as kittens a year and a half ago. I love them so much! It's scary how attached I am to them. They're family.

i know what you mean. i also have a friend who has a pet so dear to her. she has a dog. she learned how to groom dogs so she could do it on her dog for herself. she would bathe the dog as often as needed, and take it to bed with her. the children love the dog as well. the dog definitely has a place in the family.

it's nice having love birds... it soothes emotions... and it's a pet that will keep you mentally and emotionally relaxed

I had some dogs before, but because I can't play with them, so I give it to other people. My place seems not good for the dogs, not big enough I mean. And now I only have flower horn fish. I think fish is easier, and if you away from home, they still can survive as long you can manage the air circulation. My fish still can survive for about one week, but better asking people to help them feed if you want to go away.
