SUSHI and WASABI are from Japan, not from the Philippines... If you heard of Balut, Binatog, Chocnut, Yema, Tira-tira, Taho, Sinigang, Pancit, Sisig, Papaitan, Adobo, Leche Flan, Ube halaya, Halo-halo, lechon, Crispy Pata, Chicharon, Kare-kare, Afritada, Caldereta, Mechado, Menudo, Escabeche, Chicken Inasal, Bagoong, these are just FEW examples of Philippine Delicasies

I came from the Philippines, and I would say that "Sushi and Wasabi" didn't come from us. They are of Japanese origin. Sushis are rice food with fillings such as seafood or with toppings. Wasabi is a green, spicy paste used to dip in the sushi.

i'm a Filipino and those words are not related to Filipino food. SUSHI and WASABI are from Japanese. SUSHI are bite-sized servings of cooked sticky rice, served cold and garnished with strips of raw or cooked fish, other seafood, cooked egg or vegetables. also called maki-zushi when wrapped in dry seaweed, or nori. WASABI is a fiery green condiment also known as Japanese horseradish. it is available as a paste or in powder form and used for dipping sauce with soy sauce when eating SUSHI. i recommend you to try them. they are some of my favorite foods.

Sushi is a type of Japanese food. Sushi is very much like an entire meal in a tiny bite sized package. It's got carbo, protein (which is the meat or egg) and sometimes, some vegetables on it as well. It's an amazing meal. Also, it tends to be much lower in fat than other options. My favourite's spicy salmon. I also enjoy tamago (sweet egg), unagi (eel), and raw salmon. Besides, I also enjoy the taste of the really hot wasabi (a green paste) which is generally added to the raw food items. Only a little needs to be added.
