How do I make a blog here?

I read that this site now does blogs but I can't find where I can click to make one anywhere. Please tell me how because I need to make one about Agloco. Does anyone know of any other good blog sites besides squidoos and google that has groups you can give a blog to. I can't do a google one because it doesn't allow me to imbed my agloco referal link in a word on it.
