My favorites are Pablo Francisco, Eddie Murphy and Chris Rock.

I'm gonna have to go with Dave Chappelle. His stand up shows "For What it's Worth" and "Killing them Softly" are HILARIOUS. Funniest stuff I have ever heard, no questions IMO.
I do like Pablo Francisco though, his voices are funny and his subject matter is good too.
