Dogs in Clothes??

We have a chihuahua that my wife thinks its fun to dress. I personally thinks its pretty silly.

I think dogs in clothes are cute. I wish they made some for large dogs. I have 2 large dogs, so I can't find anything already made to fit them. I have seen the cutest things out there, though. I have put shorts and a t-shirt on my dog, playing around, and took his picture. My friends and family all got a laugh out of it. He looks cute. I even tucked the t-shirt in. I have a myspace page for my dogs, LOL. He has 160 dog friends, and they all send photos of themselves with clothes on that are really cute. The next time your husband laughs at you for puting clothes on your dog, tell him atleast you don't have a myspace page for your dog. Unless, of course you do have a page for them. I made a page for fun, then found out that there are hundreds of other people out there that have pages for their dogs, so I kept the page.

The worst I ever do is put a hat on the dog for a picture, just being silly. It isn't ever very cold here, so I don't see the point in trying to put clothes on them. Plus, some people go way overboard on that stuff. I did buy a little pair of antlers for both the dog and cat at the dollar store to try and take a christmas picture one year. That went over like a lead balloon... Usually, the dog is a little more patient and will just give me a look of long-suffering, then shake off whatever I have put on him. The cat immediately pawed off the antlers and gave me the look that said, "You will apoligize right now in the form of many treats!"

I love to dress mine! My female really loves it and will actually get her clothes and bring them to me for me to put them on her. She had her first shirt the day we brought her home. She also brings me her brush too! :-) Shes a Diva! LOL

Oh yes for sure My babies are dressed in clothes especially because they are so small and in the winter they need there boots and coats on :) My kids are spoiled rotten and they know it...I am not the psycho pet owner or anything or maybe I am ...I agree they look cute in clothes and why not..it could be worse. I also paint their toenails. Yeah I am weird.. Ne ways thanks for the posting..My husband just laughs at me but I know secretly he thinks their cute too...

My wife has a bunch of clothes for our Yorkie. The dog even has it's own wardrobe, with the words "Pampered Pup" on it, to hold her clothes. She is cute, though.

It's funny really but nowadays, there are many people who dress their pets especially dogs and cats. I have not tried putting on clothes to my pets but I see pictures of those with clothes and they look beautiful and funny too.

Hey. I love dressing my Yorkie up. She looks so cute!! My bf laughed at me when I first started doing it but for Easter I convinced him to get his cocker spaniel an Easter shirt. Some people may think it is silly but I guess it is just your own personal opinion. It seems like it is usually the guys but with some work you can change their minds (at least some of them... my dad absolutely refuses for their dog to wear clothes! He is not going to walk a dog that is wearing clothes!) =)
