How to upload avtar?

Hey i m facing a problem as my lot have changed to completly new layot i am not able to upload new avtar.Whenever i click on edit profile there is no option of uploading new avtar as it was before. please help and one more thing whenever i try to surf net from my opera browser i get an error "unable to open page" or something similar i am using win98 and no firewall But Others browser works fine.Opera was working fine few months back.Please help me

You will see the following:
start a new discussion
add/edit your interests
send a message
customize your profile
edit your preferences
sign out
Select Customize your profile.
You will see your avatar (picture) and you have the option of adding a new one. Have a nice day.

Well my dear your doing it wrong,dont go for edit profile but rather goto edit my preferences section there you'll find customize your profile, account information and payment information you can change these things from their now.
