To save or not to save..

I agree with bindishah. Sometimes I get confused too. I've been saving money since I was a kid but I'm getting sucked into this philosophy of my sister that, you're not going to be able to take your money with you when you die so just spend it, kind of attitude. Now I try to do both. I save a little of my salary every month but when there's something that I really want to buy, I buy it and if its not enough, I spend my savings.

It is always nice to save so that when you need something in the future you will have something to spend. It's true that birds don't worry about their future/tomorrow but they don't relax all the time.

I have asked myself and others this same question lots of times. Im confused too. Sometimes i feel that i should save for my future - at other times I feel we are all young only once and so we should enjoy the finer things in life now. And the finer things need money. When you solve this one out, do let me know :)

I definitely believe in saving for the future. But I can't save. I've been telling myself to save for the past few years but failed to save. I'm someone that will spend everything if I had money in my pocket. I guess it is my habit and can't change easily. People say if you had a target or vision, you will do savings. I do have but I still can't save. If I had money in my pocket I'll just buy things that I like whether or not the things are necessary and I also don't like to compare price as long as I have enough money. I know I have a pretty bad habit but it is out of my control.
