My 3 year niece does not mix with other children.Should we take her to Doc?

Being 3 its the age for this kid to play with other kids and have the opportunity to talk well & learn new things.I suggest first family people to talk with her politely so that she can tell whats her problem in mixing with children of her age.hope she is going to school and if this continues she cannot concentrate on studies and be left alone.so try out the counselling by family members and later if it does not bring any changes better consult a doctor.Make a quick action.

Hiya there! I wouldnt worry too much right now..is she an only child by any chance? My son went threw that stage..she might be shy..or just not used to being wiht other kids and doesnt know how to react..i think it would be great for her to start head start or preschool next year..it will do her some real good..lord knows what it has done for my son!! hes 4 now..gonna be 5..and he has changed soo much..for the better because of school..and learning to interact with other children..it was a miracle worker lol..that is my suggestion and then take it from there..lots of luck!

What you can do is at three I am sure you will be her to the doctors for something ask him. Yes your Neice's medical doctor can help if he thinks their is a problem he will recomend someone to see or just give you advice in what to do and what to watch for.
