I love garlic, i try to involve it in most of my meals (havent yet managed it for breakfast, but watch this space). It has so many health benefits, from boosting our immune system to destroying free radicals, reducing the damage caused by smoking, increasing male sperm count to easing period pains. Do you have any other health benefits or recipes to use this most wonderful herb?

I use garlic all the time, everybody does back home. True breakfast isn't covered but almost everything else is:) Because I use it all the time, I don't even see it in terms of health benefits, although I know it has many. For me it's just part of how I cook - olive oil and garlic, things that are now said to be healthy are things that we always used for cooking anyways. I don't really have any special recipes since as I said I use it in almost everything.

Yes, I know that garlic has a lot of benefits for health but I don't like it too much. It is too strong too me, I don't like the smell and I am not eating it too much. Probably I have to eat more but it is so... strong.

Garlic. Love it. I do have it for breakfast! Just one clove eaten raw with some toast. I think it is great for colds as it tends to clear the head. Another use I have for it is, warts. I've always had problems with them and often had to have them burned off by doctor. And there was a mole I had several years ago on my eyebrow that started to bleed. Off the the doctor who took it off and sent it for biopsy - I was given the all clear. Meanwhile is grew back again, squeezed a clove of garlic and rubbed some of the oil on it. It stung like crazy, but did that every day for a week when it disappeared and has never returned. Did the same thing with a painful wart on my thumb and a varooka. I always get the organic garlic and have grown some - it is a wonderful herb.

Not only do I use garlic in cooking but I take garlic oil pills everyday...garlic is known as a natural anit-biotic, and is good for lowering chloresterol...and is beneficial for just about everything.

I'm afraid I just can't stand the smell of garlic, I find it so obnoxious that if my children use it I have to leave the room, I find it so bad; which is a pity as it seems to have so many benefits.
