Should Adult Incest be illegal?

i was watching law and order svu about a girl who threw a baby away and the father of her baby was her estranged father however they couldn't prosecute him on anything cause adult incest wasn't illegal... so do you think adult incest should be illegal or should anyone if of age decide who they want to be with even if they are related??
