We shop every two weeks so it is a grand thing to take the four of us and fill the cart with things to feed us for the two weeks. Spend about 100 dollars and have enough to include even the cats and dogs. We normally shop on Saturday night and it is not crowded. I went this past week and shopped while the hubby got his eyes examined and even though there were more people it was not crowded. I hope you find the fun in shopping in the near future.

I hate crowds as well and I always get grumpy in the grocery store. I try to do a few smaller trips instead of 1 big one, so that I can get in and out of the store faster. I think of it as a tedious adventure and I never look forward to going. It takes me about 10-15 minutes for a small trip.
