any idea...for sun bathe lotion

I prefer the sun protection factor 30 and I always take the brand that special made for children skin with maximum sun protection factor. So, my hubby and I shared with my daughter her sun protection....what's best for children is might also best for us....but what best for us is not always best for chidren...

Sun lotion should be picked according to your skin tone, for example if you are very fair to pale, you will need a higher sun protection than if you have a darker skin tone. Just to give you an idea, I am fair but not a blonde and use 25 - 40 SPF; 25 for my arms and legs and 40 for my face - also you may want to get sun protection lotion that is specially designed for your face ...
