are those dieting pill/tablets really work?is it really safe?if theres someone outher using/taking one and you think its effective,can you tell/suggest me the product....ill be waiting..

Yes, they work. My mom took them and lost a lot of weight, but it all came back on. My aunt used them and it was one of the products that has since been taken off the market. I think it was Phenphen. It damaged her heart, permanently. I would be very careful before considering anything like that.

i knew it...thats what ive been hearing from friends.theirs a tendency that you can develop heart dissease.thanks for additional info buddy.

I think most of them work by blocking calories or by making your body under the impression that you are not hungry when you would normally feel that twinge. Some of the ones you just buy in stores speeds your metabolism. You are not supposed to have much caffiene intake while on them, because they already give you about 5 cups of coffee's worth of caffiene per pill. They will work if you let them. I tried them but cannot get into a routine of taking them regularly or of giving up my sweet stuff :)
