Is there any bag or good effect on star rating?

Do you think mylot community user response one's discussion seeing star rating that is whose star rating is higher he/she receive huge response and whose not enough his/her many response remain with no response or with 1 or 2-3 response. Or mylot admin give less earning to less star rating. Or none of above and star rating is not affect anythink to earn or to get response.

Well personally I don't look at the star rating for deciding the discussions for giving responses.If the topic is good for me then it dosen't matter if it is posted by a new member or an old member with a star rating of 10.For other members I cannot say but still I have seen many new members who even have not got a star rating receiving many responses.So it is the topic that matters for getting the responses.Another thing may be the number of active referrals one has.As they also might be responding to the discussions and increasing the number of responses.For earnings I also think that the members with higher rating may be getting more for the responses then the one's with lower ratings.Though I don't have any proof for it and it is just a feeling.

Most of the Mylot members believe that they
are getting good earnings with high star rating .
I am not sure about it .
However , star rating has no effect on the
responses . If a member can reply in a topic
and if looks at the discussion then he / she
will respond without any discrimination .

I don't really know how this star rating system works at all. I don't think that it reflects on our earning, but I could be wrong. I am saying that because my earning does not change at all even when I get a negative rating. So, I will have to check on the rules about that to see what it really does to us earningwise.
