bank charges

i know that bank charges are a big issue and have been for a few years now, i have about £600 that have been given to me (and fully paid) i also know that bank charges can be reclaimed, advice from money expert martin lawrence or something along those lines,however i dont have the patience or memory to write to banks and get into a legal debate with them and potentially take them to court, i am aware that there are several sites that will reclaim these charges back on you're behalf however i havent found any good ones, any one have any ideas? or any recommendations for me? i know it is pure laziness not doing it myself but i would get halfway and give up many thanks
