Have you ever used the product SlimQuick? It's a weight loss supplement for Women Only. If you have used it - did you have results? What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it? Thank you for your thoughts and your stories!

Goodmorning, Yes i have used it but it was along time ago.Afriend of mine used slimQuick and got me into using it.I found that it only made me hungry because it was sweet, and it did not satisfy me.I don't think I ever lost anything with this product, however i may have not really got into it really well.I have found that the only way i can keep my weight in control is changing my eating habits..I have been doing this for about 2 years and i find it works for me...I would try it if i were you because it might work good for you,we are all different.

i have tried slim fast. im not sure if its the same. its a drink in a can, or a mix to make with milk. i hate taking the drink, i dislike milk, and to me its like drinking chocolate milk. so now im on this diet that really works for me. its a patch you wear and change it every 3 days. no pills to take, nothing gross to drink, and no side effects! here is the site to see it for yourself- http://www.applepatchdiet.com/lp23590

It is not the same as Slim Fast. It is a pill that you take twice a day and it is suppose to help you burn the fat, etc... I have also tried Slim Fast. I had some luck the first time - but then couldn't handle the taste of the drinks (too chalky) the second time.

I haven't tried this particular brand but do by SlimFast .. which is almost the same thing .. Personally I find I can't lose weight with them as they have too many calories and have too many sugars in for me .. one can is something like 300 calories and that's almost half my entire days food .. as to lose weight I need to get down to about 750 calories .. (yes, I know it should be more but I am totally sedentary so don't need a lot of calories) .. But I do keep them in the cupboard for when I am really exhausted as I find them a really good pick me up ..

I used SlimQuick for a short time but honestly didn't see any difference. I didn't gain but I didn't loss either. I found best for me is to not go 'no carbs' but to cut back on them and to limit my sugar (horrid for me because of my sweet tooth). I lost 30 pounds this way and as long as I stick to it I haven't gained. Afraid I've been cheating more and more though so sure it will start going up again if I don't watch it.

Thanks, faith. I can always count on you for some great comments. I don't know if I am going to try it or not - but I thought I would get some tesimonies that are not on their website... :)

I'm sorry sweets I have never tried this! I don't believe in these kind of things, I don't think that they are healthy and once you eat properly again your body absorbs fats quicker and you put all the weight back on! Don't mean to sound uptight but I honestly believ the only way to lose weight is to exercise and eat sensibly! xxx
