myLot Star Reputation: Something new I just learned!!!

Hopefully everyone will send their congrats over as I have just attained my star, #8.
Well, here's the story, I was going over one of my recent posts on how to increase earnings without going against the terms on myLot, here is the link:

And I am composing a list of all the great advice I received. Upon copying the information, I found this:
"myLot reputation of 76/100. agrigsby (101) 9 hours ago"
The 76/100 is your actual Star Reputation, round it up and you get 80. 100/80 will give you 8 which brings me to my star number. I guess this could be really valuable information for those that are wondering exactly how far they are from their "10" star or any other number that they feel they should be close to.

Okay, try this, copy the VERY FIRST LINE of your post. the line where it contains your star, your name, and your post number. Copy that line only.
Then go to Notepad or something and paste it there. There you will see it. For example, here's what I show for you:
"5. myLot reputation of 33/100. dantelutz (109):

very good for you number 8 score.
to get a 10 be careful about how you answer discussions, make sure you answer what the person is asking, some people will give you negative rating if you don't answer what they asked,
example
the question is what do you prefer potatoes or rice
and you answer we only eat rice here,
that did not answer the question
you should have said, I prefer rice and give a reason for it.

Congradualtions! 8 is pretty good a star, I knwo you'd get pretty well around here. Just make good and intersting discussions that'd get you to the Today's Top Discussions. Getting there increases your rating! And don't get yourself into discussions that flame others, some might just minus you if they are angry, that'd make your rating go down.

Congratulations on your new found star.I learned the number thingy sometime back and yes,the star does change based on quality of our posts and how other people rate our responses/discussions etc.I think even Mylot admin plays a role in the number assigned to us.

Congratulations agrigsy!!!!
I had just read your post about making $1.42 and thought, wow...that's about where i am!!!
From what i understand, everytime someone gives you a positive rating, it reflects on your star reputation.
So, on top of the congrats, I will give you a positive rating!!! hopefully, when I get my star somebody will do the same for me!
