one major cause is over-exposure to sunlight. she should apply lotion or any moisturizer all over her body in order to keep her skin's natural moisture. and yes, drinking a lot of water helps. :)

yes, we have to seek cover from the sun's scorching heat. it is no longer advisable to expose ourselves to it, be it during summer or other days. health buffs have advised everyone to use sunblock lotions everyday regardless of what the weather is like. we can never see the highly damaging uv rays that gets through whether in a fine day or a hot one.

tell her to apply some drops of baby oil to her entire body after bathing. having just toweled dry, the body will still be wet somehow. only five drops can be spread evenly throughout her body. then a few more for the arms and legs. after that, she will apply some body lotion. i use nivea body and nivea q10 plus for the face or olay to keep my skin well moisturized. it is important for us to keep good care of our skin. it is what encases our entire body system.

Hello tigerdragon So kind of you with your gf. Maybe she must drink a lot of water and put extra lotion at the night. http://beautycosmetictips.blogspot.com

My dry skin is caused by dehydration, usually. Since you are in such a warm climate, I am sure it isn't being caused by aving you rheating turned on, which also dehydrates skin!

I think we just need to apply lotion and moisturizer to our skin to prevent dry skin. But cold temperature contributes to the dryness of skin.

Because it's so hot where you live, perhaps it's due to dehydration. Drink lots of water and use moisturiser would be my advice to your friend. Hope this helps her. LOL

Too much sun, smoking, unhealthy diet, not enough fruit, not enough milk, bad genes, look at her mother and father.

The tropical climate in our country can make our skin real dry. Tell her to drink LOTS of water. I read that she is taking some slimming products. Best to urge her to take supplements as well. Vitamin C and E are good for our skin. Hope this help :)

Do you drink enough water and other fluids? Maybe skin is dry from spending to much time in the sun. It could also be some type of skin inflammation.
