Do you notice the undergarments of people

Do you stare at the undergarments of people while going out on the road ? Do you look at the bra or a panty which might be slipping out or be partially visible from under the clothes ? Are you attracted or sexually aroused by them ? I would like to admit that I have a habit of doing so .

Sometimes I do especially when a woman wears light clothing with a thick and black underwear. Its such a horrible sight. I am not aroused but I will think to myself where can I buy such pretty lingerie.

to be frank, garments are not worn to cover the body now-a-days. they are some fashion items that people wear for name sake. even if u don`t want to see them your eyes will defenitely come accross.
