UNREST .. in public life ..in the family ..in friendly circles .unrest galore!

UNREST ..it arises out of unresolved conflicts whether in public life ,in the confines of the family or in the friendly gatherings. What is the possible remedy ? What can be done to check these? My conviction is that these can't be stopped. The only possibility is to reduce it to a tolerable level. How then do we do this ?
