If I believe that I have just received outstanding customer service, it will be very noticeable upon leaving the store in question. I will see the employee and his manager hanging upside down with a sign on each of them stating: RULE #1. The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. If I also see another sign stating: RULE #2. If the customer is wrong...RULE #1 Applies. That makes me positive that I have received outstanding customer service.
