About Women

I got this in my email this morning. This is for all the women that think that they are not appreciated (and for those who know you are, too.).
One Flaw In Women.
Women have strengths that amaze men.
They bear hardships and they carry burdens,
but they hold happiness, love and joy.
They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.
They cry when they are happy
and laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in.
They stand up to injustice.
They don't take "no" for an answer
when they believe there is a better solution.
They go without so their family can have.
They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally
They cry when their children excel
and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear about
a birth or a wedding.
Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member,
yet they are strong when they
think there is no strength left.
They know that a hug and a kiss
can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you
to show how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman
is what makes the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love.
They have the compassion and ideas.
They give moral support to their
family and friends.
Women have vital things to say
and everything to give.
HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,
IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.
Please pass this along to all your women friends
and relatives to remind them just how amazing they are.

you know my friend , we should all print this out and stick it on the fridge or somewhere like that so we can read it now and again , when we are being taken for granted or just generally feeling a wee bit down , I am sure we all know these things but it is nice ti read it in print , thanks pal xx

thank you katlady, that was just needed here. lots of it suits me well and i got a cheer up right now. i try to copy it and print it out. its worth to look at it from time to time, because its all so true. that might help the men to understand us women lots better i hope :-)

very nice this one. have you written it. You are very much right when you say we forget our own worth.
I am going to remember this one next time I am feeling depressed.You forgot to mention that we are the ones who give birth to the new generation and rear them. We mould the future of ourt nations while sacrificing our present.

well all that is written is true of women. but the facet is only one side of the coin. women have another side too that represents them as the most selfish, greedy, and cruel. well they can plot the downfall or can make you successful. they have a kind of power bestowed on them that helps them to be the power brokers. all the hindu mythology is based on women. be it SITA or be it DRAUPADI, history shouts out loud what a women can achieve directly or indireclty by influence. as goddess she can be fearless n motivating. but when she's not she even frightens the devil with her evil. i do respect women, coz not all women are born the same.

What you have said is true of many women, as well as men. However, I posted this as uplifting encouragement to all of my friends, not as a means to gloat over what women do in life. So please don't turn this into a negative thing. Thanks for your post though.

Thanks for sharing that one to your mylot friends it sure cheered up lots of female user as well as me. I love this kind of words that motivates me. I'm a worry person and hate to admit this but I'm not that strong person and reading this email I find a little gladness in me.

Thanks for the reminder. We seem to get lost in the busy world around us. I shall be passing this on to all my friends. We women need to know just how special we all are. This will lift our hearts this morning. It has certainly put a smile on my face!

This is so true about us. I have gone without plenty of times for my niece and nephew, husband and even my parents. Back when most men were actual gentlemen they were the ones who went without for the women and now most of the time it seems like it is us who sacrifice the most for our family and friends. My husband does go without when it comes to me but I also do the same for him a lot.
It is also very true that most of us don't feel appreciated enough. I know I sometimes don't. But thanks for this and I will surely pass this on to family and friends. :)

its true some women forget about their worth. And some reasons for it are due to the misconception or misinterpretation of them by the male counterpart and treating them unequally..but all the narrations above are all true..

Thank You for posting that.Sometimes us women go through life thinking we are not appreciated at times.But to are kids we are they show it by other means that they know whether it be coloring us a picture or a hug or kiss ect.And sometimes we think we are not appreciated by are husband but I am sure they appreciate us.They take us out to dinner and buy flower(even though it may be every once in awhile)ect.What you posted is so true.

Thanks Katlady! This is a very inspiring post. Like a tap on the shoulder or a hug at the time you really needed one. And it is good to be reminded that women play a important role in the society.
