This seems to be a topic of some debate. Many wish to give homes to homeless dogs who will die if no one adopts them. Indeed, some feel more people should fix their animals so this doesn't happen. Some feel without inbreeding they will live longer. They also have heard horror stories about some breeding facility conditions. Some feel, like adoption, that you don't know what a mutt's temperment will be. Or they want the status of a dog with "papers". Some like particular looks and characteristics and know their breeders - people who have standards and care for their animals. I'd like to know what you think.
