It looks like the final ends to a long pressing deal to secure the release of the Israeli military prisoner from Palenstine is finally going to grow fruit. A prisoner swap between Israel and Palestinian militants will proceed in three phases. The first phase will involve the release of 250 long-term Palestinian prisoners by Israel and the release of captured Israel Cpl. Gillad Shalit to Egyptian intermediaries. The second phase will be the release of women and children prisoners and might be followed by the release of 500 more Palestinians in a third phase.
