What christian song do you like the most?

I had been in a church choir when I was still in college that's why I have appreciated these songs especially if being placed in Church. My favorite one is the song entitled, "Heart of Worship". I m always touch by this song. I can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit dewilin in and my loved ones as well. Indeed, Christians songs can uplift your soul and can give you strength and courage to handle life's situation. :)

i have a preference for josh groban, you bring me up. the emotional effect this song has on me i cannot describe. mary did you know,sung by paul brandt is also a heartmover for me, deck of cards/ not sure of the name, but it is sung by an older musician . the king or 13 in the deck is representative of 12 desciples plus jesus, the queen is mary, and so on. do you know which song i mean?

Hi my friend! I'm sorry but I don't think I have known that song. I think I have not heard it yet. Nevertheless, what's important is I'm glad you listen to Christian songs and you are also able to appreciate them like I do. :) Thanks for the reply. :)

When I feel down, I love to hear Twila Paris' "The Warrior is a Child" and "In Moments Like This". The lyrics are very inspiring and encouraging and hearing these words make me feel humble and closer to God..

Oh yes! That song is powerful especially if the new version of Lead Me Lord by Gary V is being played. I couldn't forget the day that song brought me into tears. I was at my room at that name, listening to Gary V's songs. When Lead me Lord was played, it really had brought me into tears. At that time, I had a lot of worries and problems and that song reminded me that there's still God who can strengthen me out. :)

funny but i just realised we share the same last name, and basically the same outlook on life. do you attend church every sunday, or worship every day as i do. do you feel it nessecary to attend a service or would you be just as pleased to thank him every day of your life for those things he has given you, for he gives us something new everyday. if i were to wait till sunday to thank him for what he gives me now, i might forget to thank him. i thank him for the little things although we may see them as little it took 6 days to make them. i thank him for educateing me in his ways.i thank him for the learning experiences , good or bad, and showing me how they should be dealt with. i thank him for not keeping me, when i wanted to stay. even though he said i would not remember why, i now have a pretty good idea. he wasn't finished with me, perfection avoids me........oh i play guitar too.......i have 21 guitars to my collection. i know, how do you play all at once, by gods grace and giving them to children who might not otherwise afford them, they will all be played someday

I am amazed by the kind of Faith that you have for the Lord. I must admit there are times I didn't attend SUnday masses but I Praise and thank God everyday for everything, even if how sad I am. By God's grace, I also know that I'm gaining strength from Him to keep moving in my life. :)
That's why if Christian songs are played, I couldn't describe totally in words how I feel so uplifted like I don't have any problems at all. :)
And that song "Heart of Worship" inspires me a lot to do better in life despite of the many downfalls.
So, what Christian song do you like the most? I think you still haven't answered it yet. Nonetheless, I still marked you as the best response because of that great faith that you have for God. :)

I too was in a choir during high school days...I only own 1 Christian worship CD though sadly...but it contains tracks that you can just listen over and over again..
My favourites are 'When I look into your holiness' 'You are my hiding place' and 'The steadfast love of the Lord' ....if you could get a copy it's 'International 25 Acoustic Worship'. It has got me thru tough times and doubts with faith:) God Bless!!

Oh, very difficult question. The Easter Sunday Mass we had the Choir sang "Mass of the Angels" the Kyrie Eleison was especially moving - as was the rest of the Mass.
I guess, though, if I were to choose single songs, The Ave Maria would be tops, then Panis Angelica - or Salutaris Hostia. oh there are just too many to have a favorite.

I never tire listening to the song "Here I am to Worship". The song just keeps me reminded that I am here on Earth to serve a purpose and that purpose is worship, and giving back all the glory to God.
