Did anyone watch Dr. Phil today?

I did and I was completely appauled. This grandfather molested his grand daughter and never offered a sincere apology because he said he was a victim too and that he was "possessed" at the time it happened. And the father was more upset over his dad serving time in jail then over his daughter being molested. How messed up is that? That grandfather wouldn't be alive today if it happened to my daughter. Ugh...that's just disgusting. What do you all think about the show today?

Yes I did and I was sickened by it. The man deserves to be locked up and the key thrown away and he still would not accept responsibility for his disgusting behaviour. I was also shocked at the grandmother and father of the little girl's reaction to the whole thing. At least Dr. Phil and the mother saw the enormity of what the grandfather did.

I know! I couldn't believe how the grandmother and the girl's father were just trying to act like it was no big deal. That grandfather should never be allowed to see his granddaughter again. I would be really shocked if Dr. Phil allowed the grandfather to see her. I don't think he will though. I'm curious to see what next weeks show will be like. Apparently Dr. Phil is going to interview the little girl.

I am not sure how old the child is now I missed that. They say there has been no contact for a couple of years I hope she is old enough that being interviewed will not traumatize her.

I missed that one, but it sounds sickening. I can't imagine a grandfather doing something like that, or any other family member molesting someone in their own family. It seems more monstrous than a stranger molesting someone, because of the violation of trust.

I didn't watch that episode, but it sounds appalling. I agree with what you said, he wouldn't be alive if he did that to my daughter.. I can't believe that there are people like this out there!
