This young polar bear was born from a mother in captivity. His twin brother died while he was rejected by his mom. Animal rights activitists rallied to Berlin zoo that this cub should have been killed as that is the law of nature. Do you think that is right?
I don't agree with it. Everyone has the chance to live. Plus polar bears are endangered species so I think it is not justified to put this cute cub to sleep forever. Berlin zoo decided to keep this bear and was adopted by a zookeeper who now raises him.
What do you think?

What is the world coming to? It all seems to be on its head at the moment. Animal rights activists seem to think that people don't have rights and they do not have to bother with laws that govern the rest of the land. They break into property and prevent people from attending their jobs. It is sad that the polar bears are in captivity in the first place but I am glad they decided to keep this one alive.

wow I always thought animal rights activist were trying to protect animals not have them killed! I think the zoo made the right decision. I'm wondering if those same people think if there is a complication with human pregnancy if nothing should be done to save the baby or mother. I bet they would feal differently if in that situation themselves.

Makes me wonder too how they call themselves animal rights activists. How they can choose to let an animal die while advocating for endagnered species. Such irony.
