Hard to find a Mobile Home

Is it hard to find a mobile home that is already on land where you currently live? It seems that even though there are a million trailers in my area, it is impossible to find one for sale, let alone that is for sale along with the land that it is sitting on. You can't just search real estate books for trailers because they aren't worth the realator costs... Any advice for finding one?
