What would you say if you want someone to help you?

I have known the following expressions as follows: Would you do me a favour? Can you do me a fovour? Would you please give me a hand? Well, i'd like to know some other expressions. Many thanks!

i know u like helping others than refusing them.... so dear i'm also in need of your reply... hope i can get it soon... this is the way i bask my friends...... or simply chuma hepl me da machan...

How about "Could someone throw me a bone here?" LOL! I like that one.
