hai artemis432 good afternoon from india,nice to meet you,coming to your query i hate drinking first till date i never drink,the penalties must be more and their driving licenses must be canceled further for one year or life long depends on th situation if is first time one year is enough,because family he there to survive,if drunk driving losses any life's he must be punished life long driving license cancellation and imprisonment.now a days the police people must be strict as real hero's to track the drunken drivers and their cancellation of license,there is so much loop holes also there in judgments also because of some lawyers they escape from the cases
