should same gender couples be able to adopt

The "issues" arise only when we perceive same gender relationship as "sin" and "bad" and "immoral" using our religiously and culturally biased views. I find it the most funny that you said it will teach bad values to the kids. Now, I do not have any statistic to refer to, but I am pretty sure most kids are still growing up in "normal families", with man father and woman mother. However, still, some kids learn bad values, some kids become bad people, no? So, I would like to know, what is the basis of saying that kids will learn bad values if being adopted by same gender couples? If the "bad value" is being referred to non, but the act of homosexual itself, then I would say, there is no amount of knowledge can ever recover these idiots from their idiocy.

Despite my openmindedness about people being gay, my first inclination is to say no. I'm not ever sure why I feel that way. I'm really conflicted on this questions. I feel that I should say that what matters most is that the parents are loving and nurturing. I am not anti gay, but I guess I don't think kids should be in a gay household, witnessing a gay relationship.
