Anybody here from Ladera Ranch?

Because of my new job, that of a writer for several websites, I have to research on various topics. Right now one of them is Ladera Ranch. I've looked it up on the internet of course but it would be nice to hear people talk about what life is there. Just so I could put something human in what I'll be writing about it.:)
