"INTERNET SETTINGS" problem / myLot

"your current settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" i keep getting this error once i tried to download any files. i've tried resetting the security settings to Default i have allowed downloads in the custom settings but i'm still getting the same response... DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY FURTHER HELP ON THIS ISSUE?

the error is located in the INTERNET SETTINGS. "your current settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" i always get this one everytime i try to download a file.
