windows or linux which is better?

linux gives the programmers a great way to introduce their concept without any restriction.but windows is a more better for computer workers

Windows is much better for personal computers and workstations, because most programs are built for Windows. Most of us are also more familiar with Windows than with Linux. For web servers, I would say Linux is better, because it is free, more secure, open-source, and much faster than Windows. Most websites run on Linux servers, using the L.A.M.P. platform (Linux Apache MySQL PHP). I personally choose Linux over Windows servers, because it is cheaper, and most hosts offer Linux.

windows for it is user friendly

I have linux now and hate windows, Linux is better but still learning things about it so do get frusterated at times. But it doesn't let the snoops in like windows.
