What is the one item of food that you consider a health food? It should be an item that if you had to choose one item to eat for health, that would be it. For me, it would be tofu. There is so much you can do with it. It is loaded with protein and you can get it in low fat.

I am going to disappoint you. When I was living on my own, I would take a huge bowl and put I would take some of the fruit. I never cooked. When my husband met me he said I am the most boring person to go and eat out with. Ok he changed me alot, but when he goes away, boom I go back to my old habits.

No, I agree. Fruit is very good for you. I wish I ate more of it.

Mine has to be Quinoa. As I am a veggie I need to make sure I receive all my vits and minerals. It is high in protein and amino acids. It comes from South America and dates back to the Incas. It is so easy to cook, its like a grain, smaller than rice and much healthier. If you haven't tried it you should. Heres a website that explains all about it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quinoa

Kashi golean crunch is a good source of protein, fiber, and calcium. It's a great way to get in your nutrients in the morning, and if you get the munchies later in the day, it will satisfy your cravings without many calories. If you have it with fresh strawberries, it's so good, it tastes like a desert.

I have never had saya bean before. However, if it is a bean, it must be good for you.
