do dreams affect you?

have you ever felt uneasy bout the dream that you had ?? does it affect you too much that you became weird the nxt day??

It only affects me for minutes after I wake up, after that I forget about it specially if I have a busy day.

I have several dreams which really affect me upon waking up. I have dreams which seem to be so true they really upset me.

I rarely can remember my dreams. Some of the dreams do affect me after I wake up the next day. If I dreamed of something sad, I'll be crying after I wake up and I become very tired the next day. Also, if I dreamed of something scary, I'll wake up in the middle of the night and it be extremely hard for me to get back to sleep and I'll have very bad eye dark circles the next day.
