Taking care of a step son

My friend is in a relationship with a divorcee who has 3 boys, 7, 5 & 3 & their mum has refused to have anything to do with her kids. The problem is her guy expects her to take care of the 3 yr old whenever she's around, (baths, feeds, etc.),(she said he's looking for a nanny for him) i told her that i dont like the idea because he may eventually stop looking for a nanny & also what if something happens to the boy & secondly he also wants her to help pick the child from school after work since she closes early & also stay with the child at home till he comes back from work each day, i dont know what to tell her, what do u think?

It's hard to speak anything on relationships as answer is like head and tail of a coin. Anything can be said but it's everybody's personal view. Well my thought is if she is really interested in the guy , she has to adjust as adjustment is another name of life.
