what keeps you organized in making your schedules? do you have a secretary to remind you? do you keep an organizer where you can list down all your activities? or do you simply rely on your own? just trying to remember schedules on a day to day basis?

I use a planner, butnot an electric one. I learned my lesson the hard way with one of those. Something happened where it reset its self and I lost all the inofrmation I had worked so hard to put in there...all my apointments, plus contact information. After that I switched to a paper planner. It's a nice mini orange zip up binder with pockets and I can fit all kinds of stuff in it, including business cards, pens, pencils, notes, tickets...it's really great. It keeps me really organized and in the long run, works better for me than an electronice planner. Now where ever anyone askes me if I want to do anything I always say "Let me check the orange book". :-)

I write it all down usually in the form of a task list and then I plan my day so I can get it all done.

i also have that day-to-day list for my schedule. i'd just cross it out if the tasks are already accomplished.

I try to write everything down on the calendar beside my bed. I look at it everyday and that usually keeps me organized as far as every day schedules. There's no way I could remember everything unless it was written down. I'd be lost without my calendar.

I wish I had a secretary or an electronic organizer, but I don't. I guess I have trained myself to keep everything organized in my head. I do use a calendar wherein I write all the appointments I need to make and I use a small notepad as a reminder of things I need to pick up at the store. Finally, I have an Ebay business and again I use a notebook to write down everything I need to ship once it's paid. That's how I keep myself organized.

I have found that the best way for me to get through all of the tasks that I have at work is to place everything that i need to do for the day into my Blackberry. That way whenever I have a meeting, or some kind of deadline that it approaching I get notified.
