getting sick of saying NO!

not so long ago i was getting calls from london mobile... they wanted to know if i was interested in getting a contract mobile from them, well these were cold calls and i detest cold callers. so much so infact that i make a point of never getting their products, not even from a shop. anyway, i had around 6 calls from london mobile in 2 weeks, on the last call i recieved i told them i would be seeking leagal advice to sue for harrassment, they haven't called since. this week i have recieved 3 calls from orange mobile. the most recent was just a few minutes ago, i have told them that i said no the first 2 times, and what makes them think i will say yes now? i also stated that if they called again i would get legal reprisentation to sue for harrassment, lets see if they call again? lol. why is it that when you tell these people politely that you are not interested, they still continue to bug you? i understand that they have commission to make, but surely if they called me once and i said no, it should be plain i am not interested in what they offer. i was actually on the look out for a mobile phone as mine is about naff, but it looks like i will be scratching orange off my list of potential phone network providers, as i don't think they should cold call people.
