Do you get slower after being older in mylot?

I have been here from last 4 weeks.I had had enough enthusiasm when I was a beginner and in less than 2 weeks I had $4 in my account.But after then I became slower I don't know why.After spending 3 more weeks I could only add $1.24.Is it normal.Does it happens with you guys also?

I have been here since the end of November and those were the good old days. The friends I have from then are so much slower now. I have more friends and thankfully then keep me busy when the email notification works. There are some troubles at the site and we all have lives so things change and people withdraw and lose the enthusiasm. You may be young and so I think younger folk just don't have stick to it qualities. Not taught to do so. Four dollars in two weeks is awful low if you are responding with 3 or more lines of thought out response on the topics. I shoot for 50 responses a day and then do my other things since I am a busy lady. I wish you luck in your endeavors.

well initially I was enthusiastic but even then i did not have nuch time to spend for mylot,since I m a student.I have to attend classes from 9am-5pm.I post 10-13 responses daily.but now it has been reduced to 0-5.See how far I go.

It is true that when I joined myLot I was more active then I am now.But in my case the activity at myLot is not consistent.It goes up then goes down.There are some phases when I will be very much active at myLot and post lots of responses.But when the lean phase starts then I will just post a few responses.I have also been at myLot for last four weeks and my earning is also not consistent.It also depends on my earnings when I earn more I feel encouraged and start responding to many discussions.But if my earnings are not as per my expectations then it has the reverse affect on my activity at mylot.

Eventually yes, i was more active in my first days then now.
In the present i enjoy more to read and i'm more selective when i'm choosing the discussions to respond.
Mostly my money come from uploading photos, since i'm so pasionate about taking them (just yesterday i enlarge my collection with approx. 1500 taken during a few days travel - they should keep me busy for a few months :)
On average i respond to approx. 10 discussions/day and upload the maximmun number of photos, 27 for a 9 star grader.

Yeah, that has happened to me too. I think it is the lack of stimulating conversation on here. For discussion and conversation I prefer http://www.gather.com but theydon't pay the way MyLot does. If we had a different type of discussion going on here, more intellegent discussions instead of just people wantint to make a buck, I think things would really take off!
