I know the it's the program which convert from (mp3 to wav) or (rm to mp3) and so on.

One of the best video converters around. You can convert from almost any format to any other video format. I found problems only with converting DVDs (VOBs)

I don't think that it can convert (DVDs to VOBs).
But I know that it help me alot.
