Milk is very much good for health. It has many minral and banifte, In our religion it is also order to drink milk. when muslim eat some then after eating pray " thanks to Allah (GOD) who make us muslim and give us such good food", But when drink milk pray "thanks to Allah (GOD) who give us such a good food and O Allah Increase it for us" You can imagine what it importance of milk in Islam with word "increase it for us".
