What are the reasons of gender discrimination?

We can see generally women are dominated in most of the sociaty. Can you submit your view on these reason and solution?

Men are, by nature, the physically stronger human. As such, they wield the so-called power. It's a shame, really. I love it when I see a strong woman hold her own against a man.
